Returns and Exchanges
We do not provide returns and/or exchanges as all charwalls prints are one of a kind (designated by a unique identifying signature) and printed specifically to your order. However, we will replace items if they are defective or damaged at no charge. Send us an email within 48 hours of delivery to support@charwalls.com with photos of defective or damaged item, the entire front and back of item, barcode area if applicable, packaging, and shipping label along with a brief explanation of the defect or damage and we will rush a reprint and send a replacement.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be changed after an order is placed.
